These beautiful Fair Trade Christmas cards are handmade using natural materials by women in rural Bangladesh. The cards are crafted with traditional techniques using locally sourced jute and other eco-friendly materials, decorated with intricate wheat straw designs. Every penny you spend goes directly to the Sreepur project, helping some of the world's most vulnerable mothers and children rebuild their lives after escaping poverty and abuse. Your purchase doesn't just buy you a unique, environmentally-friendly card - it provides these women with vital income, skills training, and the chance to support their families with dignity and independence.
The Guardian once called our handmade Christmas cards 'the best Xmas cards ever', and they're lovingly crafted from jute by women living in communities around Sreepur. This wonderful project was started by the late Rob Jenkinson.
